Gaming at k12x is about more than winning — it's a way to have fun. Playing responsibly means keeping both yourself and your family in mind. We're here with you every step of the way.
Responsible gaming means treating gaming as a form of entertainment — not a way to make money. At k12x, we believe every player's mental well-being and financial security matter above all else. That's why our platform includes tools designed to help you stay in control.
Online gaming is growing fast in Bangladesh, and many people have made it part of their everyday entertainment. For a small number of people, though, it can become a problem. That's why k12x has developed its responsible gaming policy — to help you stay aware and take action before things go wrong.
Gaming stays healthy when you have a clear idea of how much time and money you're willing to spend — and you stick to it. Responsible gaming doesn't mean enjoying yourself less; it means your enjoyment lasts longer and means more.
Keep in mind: Gaming is entertainment. If it's causing financial stress or relationship problems in your life, it has gone beyond the boundaries of responsible play.
At k12x, our approach to responsible gaming is built on a few core principles: transparency, player autonomy, proactive support, and strict age verification. These principles guide every feature and decision we make.

Remember: Winning is never guaranteed in gaming. Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
We provide these features to help keep your gaming experience safe and in control
Set how much you want to deposit daily, weekly, or monthly — in advance. Once a limit is in place, it takes effect immediately, and any increase requires a mandatory waiting period.
Set your session length in advance. Once the time is up, k12x will automatically notify you and give you the option to end the session if needed.
If you feel like you need a break, you can pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this time, you won't be able to place bets or make deposits.
If you want to step away from gaming for an extended period, you can self-exclude for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the period ends.
View a full breakdown of your gaming activity over the past 30, 90, or 365 days — including total spend and profit or loss. Clear data helps you make informed decisions.
A message appears on screen at set intervals, reminding you how long you've been playing and how much you've spent. That small nudge can make a real difference.

Deposit limit, time limit, or cooling-off — choose whichever works best for you.
Save your settings. Changes take effect immediately and you'll receive a confirmation by email.
Set aside a separate entertainment budget each month and keep all your gaming within that limit. Never use money meant for rent, food, or your children's education.
Decide how long you'll play before you sit down. Set a timer on your phone. When it goes off, stop — whether you're winning or losing.
Avoid gaming when you're angry, frustrated, or under stress. Your judgment is impaired in those moments, and the risk of making harmful decisions increases significantly.
Chasing losses by betting more to recover what you've lost is a dangerous habit. Accept the outcome and come back another day.
There's no need to hide your gaming. Talk openly with the people close to you. If someone expresses concern, take what they say seriously.
If you notice any of the signs below, it may be time to seek help:
Thoughts about gaming or betting won't leave your head — even at work, with family, or when you're trying to sleep.
You need to spend more and more to get the same enjoyment you used to.
Despite repeated attempts, you keep playing beyond your set time or spending past your budget.
You're taking on debt, missing bills, or hiding money from family because of gaming.
