K12x is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the k12x platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and k12x.

Using any k12x service means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and any other jurisdictions where k12x operates. k12x reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use our services on k12x:

• You must be at least 18 Years is required. A government-issued ID may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may only One Account Only can be created. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information will be terminated.
• Your account must be registered in your own name. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or a third party is prohibited.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing them with anyone is not allowed.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

After registration, k12x may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents (national ID, passport, driving licence) must be submitted. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

The following financial transaction rules must be strictly followed on k12x:

• Deposit Methods: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 24 to 72 hours. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals via a different method are generally not permitted.
• Deposits and withdrawals through third parties are strictly prohibited.

K12x monitors all transactions for fraudulent activity. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and additional verification may be required.

K12x complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Unusually large transactions or suspicious patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities.

K12x offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Before accepting any bonus, please familiarise yourself with the general terms below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. This offer applies once only.
• Wagering requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 15 to 30 times, depending on the promotion.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games. Some games may not qualify for bonus wagering.
• Multiple individuals sharing the same device, IP address, or household may not claim the same bonus.
• Bonus offers are time-limited. If the conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• K12x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

If dishonest methods are used to abuse bonuses (such as completing bonus wagering through low-risk betting strategies), k12x reserves the right to void the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

The following rules apply when betting or playing games on k12x:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes a game to end prematurely, that round will be considered void and the wager will be refunded.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• During in-play or live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• Any bet placed after the outcome of an event has been determined will be automatically voided.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Any disputes will be resolved by reviewing the game log.

K12x uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all games, meeting international standards. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is listed on its game page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on k12x:

• Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, hack software, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Bot Usage: Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or for any other reason.
• False Information: Using false information or another person's identity during registration.
• Abuse: Misconduct, harassment, or abusive language directed at support staff or other players.

If any of the above activities are detected, k12x reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action if necessary.

K12x may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For breach of terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• If your account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon order of a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is permanently closed with no violations on record, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. Users may also request account closure at any time — in which case support@k12x.wsEmail us at.

Inactive accounts may be charged an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month, provided the balance remains above zero.

• Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• All data is protected with SSL encryption.
• Anonymous data may be analyzed for service improvement and marketing purposes.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

K12x takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of harm.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Gaming breaks can be taken for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: The platform will periodically remind you how long you have been playing.

In the event of a dispute between k12x and a user, the following process will apply:

• First Step: Contact our support team directly. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
• Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, submit a formal complaint to the management team.
• Step three: If both parties agree, disputes may be resolved through an independent mediator.
• All of the above steps must be completed before filing a court claim.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the rules of international gaming licensing authorities. Any legal disputes shall be resolved conclusively by the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

K12x is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party actions. Compensation for losses arising from technical issues is limited.
